1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Speaker Essentials System offered by Pibworth Professional Solutions. By purchasing or accessing the system, you agree to these terms in full.
2. What You Are Purchasing
Your purchase gives you access to the Speaker Essentials System, which includes teaching videos, guided worksheets, a structured positioning form, and a proprietary AI system trained on speaker marketing strategy that generates copy based on your inputs.
Depending on the option you selected:
Speaker Foundations includes full access to the system and all generated materials, including your message map, website copy, speaker profile copy, and one-sheet copy.
Done-for-You Speaker Assets includes everything in Speaker Foundations plus a four-page speaker website and professionally designed one-sheet, built and delivered by the Pibworth team using your generated copy and submitted brand assets.
3. Access Terms
Your purchase includes 90 days of full generation and regeneration access from the date of purchase.
After 90 days, your access to the teaching videos, worksheets, and all previously saved and generated materials continues with no expiry.
After 90 days, the ability to generate new versions of your copy requires a monthly subscription. Subscription pricing and terms will be provided separately.
4. What You Own
All copy, content, and materials generated through the system using your inputs are yours to keep. Pibworth Professional Solutions does not claim ownership over the copy you generate.
You retain full rights to use your generated copy across your website, speaker profiles, one-sheet, and any other business materials.
5. Results, Expectations, and Quality of Generated Copy
The Speaker Essentials System generates copy based on the inputs you provide. The relevance, specificity, and quality of that copy depends directly on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide through the guided form and exercises.
Pibworth Professional Solutions does not guarantee that generated copy will be publication-ready without review and refinement by the user. The system is designed to produce a strong starting point based on your inputs. Final copy is the responsibility of the user.
Users who provide vague, incomplete, or inaccurate inputs should expect outputs that reflect those limitations. The teaching videos and worksheets included in the system are designed to help users provide the clearest possible inputs before generating copy.
Pibworth Professional Solutions does not guarantee specific business outcomes, booking results, or revenue from use of the system. Speaker marketing results vary based on many factors outside our control.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the system for your own speaker marketing purposes only.
You may not resell, sublicense, share access to, or reproduce the system or its components for commercial purposes without prior written approval from Pibworth Professional Solutions.
You may not use the system to generate copy on behalf of another speaker or business without prior written approval.
7. Done-for-You Deliverables
If you purchased the Done-for-You Speaker Assets option, the following additional terms apply.
The Pibworth team will build your four-page website and design your one-sheet based on the copy and assets you provide through the system handoff process.
Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of handoff. Timelines depend on the completeness and quality of the assets you provide.
Your website will be built on one of five professionally designed templates. Customisation is available within the template structure.
Revisions are included as outlined in your handoff documentation. Requests outside that scope may be subject to additional fees.
Asset Submission and Project Timelines
To keep your project moving, you are expected to submit your brand assets within 30 days of completing the system and receiving your generated copy. If assets are not submitted within 60 days of purchase and no alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing, the project may be considered inactive. In that case, no refund will be issued and reactivation may be subject to an additional fee.

8. Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident getting started. Here is how our refund policy works.
5-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 5 days of purchase if you have reviewed the program and decided it is not the right fit.
When a Refund Is No Longer Available
This program is designed to generate real, usable speaker materials quickly. Once you have generated any of the following, the value of the program has been delivered and refunds are no longer available, regardless of how many days have passed since purchase:
Your website copy, your one-sheet content, your speaker profile, or a complete message map.
If you have logged in and explored the program but have not yet generated your core materials, you remain within the refund window provided you are still within the 5-day period.
After 5 Days
All sales are final after 5 days regardless of usage.
Done-for-You Speaker Assets
The standard 5-day refund window applies to this option with the following conditions.
Once you have generated your core materials through the system, refunds are no longer available. This applies regardless of whether the website build has begun, as the system has delivered its core value at that point.
Once you have submitted your brand assets for the website build, all sales are final. Asset submission confirms your intent to proceed with the full product and initiates active work by the Pibworth team.
If you are within the 5-day window, have not yet generated your core materials, and have not submitted your assets, contact us at lauren@pibworthps.com and we will review your request.
9. Privacy and Data
The information you enter into the Speaker Essentials System, including your positioning, audience, messaging, and business details, is used to generate your copy and materials. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at pibworthps.com/privacy-policy.
By using the system, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it for the purposes of generating your speaker marketing materials.
10. Third Party Technology
The Speaker Essentials System operates using third party platforms and technology providers. These include HighLevel for course delivery and customer management, Replit for application hosting, and Anthropic's Claude AI as the underlying technology powering the copy generation engine.
Pibworth Professional Solutions has trained and structured the AI system specifically for speaker marketing strategy. However, the underlying AI infrastructure is provided by Anthropic and is subject to their terms of service and policies.
Pibworth Professional Solutions is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or performance issues caused by third party platforms outside our reasonable control.
In the event of a third party service disruption that materially affects your access to the system, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative solution. We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such disruptions.
11. Intellectual Property
The Speaker Essentials System, including its structure, teaching videos, worksheets, prompts, and AI training, is the intellectual property of Pibworth Professional Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any component of the system without prior written permission.
Your generated copy is yours. The system that generated it is ours.
12. Limitation of Liability
Pibworth Professional Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the system, including lost revenue, missed bookings, or other business outcomes.
Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the system.
13. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises in connection with these terms or your use of the system, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. Please contact us at lauren@pibworthps.com to initiate that process.
If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be subject to the governing law set out in Section 14.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
15. Modifications to These Terms
Pibworth Professional Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page and take effect upon posting. Continued use of the system after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
