Speaker Website Essentials Program
Effective April 1, 2026
Program Overview
The Speaker Website Essentials Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved affiliates (“Affiliate”) to promote and refer customers to the Speaker Website Essentials program offered by Pibworth Professional Solutions (“Company”) in exchange for commission on qualifying sales.
By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to these Terms of Service.
Enrollment and Approval
All affiliates must be approved by the Company before participating in the Program.
The Company reserves the right to:
- approve or reject any application
- revoke affiliate status at any time
- remove any Affiliate whose promotion is misaligned with the Company’s brand, offer, audience, or positioning
Affiliate Links and Tracking
Affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links.
- A 90-day cookie window applies from the time a prospective customer clicks an affiliate link.
- Attribution follows a last-click model.
- Only purchases completed through a valid tracked affiliate link qualify for commission.
The Company is not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser settings, device changes, manual navigation, blocked cookies, or technical limitations outside the affiliate system.
The Company is not obligated to manually assign commission for sales that were not properly tracked.
Commissions
Affiliates will receive a 30% commission on qualifying sales.
Commission:
- applies to the initial transaction only
- is calculated on net revenue actually received by the Company
- does not apply to taxes, refunds, chargebacks, renewals, future purchases, or additional services unless otherwise agreed in writing
Commission is earned only after successful receipt of payment.
Payout Terms
Commissions are paid on a net 30 basis following the end of the month in which the qualifying sale occurs.
Payments will be issued via Stripe in USD.
The Company reserves the right to withhold or delay commission payments in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, abuse of the Program, or violation of these Terms.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
If a sale is refunded, cancelled, or charged back:
- the associated commission will be reversed, or
- deducted from future payouts
No commission is owed on refunded, cancelled, or charged-back transactions.
Pricing and Promotions
The Company retains full control over all base pricing for the Program and may change pricing at any time.
Affiliates may not:
- independently change, reduce, or advertise alternative pricing
- create, publish, or distribute unauthorized discounts
- create coupon codes or implement discounts on the Company’s behalf
An Affiliate may request an approved coupon code for a limited-time promotion or show special.
However:
- only the Company may approve, create, and implement coupon discounts
- all coupon promotions must be authorized in advance by the Company
- all approved promotions must be time-bound and clearly communicated
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any discount offered through an approved coupon or promotion will be deducted from the Affiliate’s commission and will not reduce the Company’s base price.
Affiliates may not publicly advertise discounted pricing outside of approved promotional contexts.
Acceptable Promotion and Conduct
Affiliates agree to:
- represent the Program accurately
- avoid misleading, exaggerated, or false claims
- not guarantee results or outcomes
- promote the Program in a way that aligns with the Company’s brand, positioning, and approved messaging
The Company reserves the right to remove any Affiliate whose promotional methods are misleading, inappropriate, misaligned, or damaging to the Company’s reputation.
Brand and Content Use
Affiliates may use Company-provided branding, messaging, and promotional assets when provided or approved.
Affiliates may not:
- materially alter the core positioning of the Program
- misrepresent the offer, pricing, deliverables, or intended outcomes
- present the Program as their own product or service
- use the Company’s name, logo, or materials in a misleading or unapproved way
- run paid ads using the Company’s brand name, product name, or close variations without prior written approval
Customer Relationship
All customers referred through the Affiliate become customers of the Company.
The Company retains full ownership of:
- the customer relationship
- communication
- support
- future marketing and sales
Participation in the Program does not grant the Affiliate any ownership interest in referred customers or customer data.
Termination
The Company may terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice.
Upon termination:
- no new commissions will be earned
- commissions on previously tracked and qualifying sales made before termination will still be paid in accordance with these Terms
Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate removal from the Program.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including loss of income, revenue, profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.
The Company is not responsible for interruptions, errors, tracking failures, platform outages, or technical issues outside its reasonable control.
Participation in the Program is at the Affiliate’s own risk.
Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated terms will become effective upon posting or notification, as determined by the Company. Continued participation in the Program after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for all taxes, reporting, and other legal obligations related to commissions earned through the Program.
The Company does not withhold taxes on behalf of Affiliates.
