Positions we are looking to fill

Tech Specialist

  • Mid to senior level
  • Proven experience as a Technical Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Working knowledge of many tech-type platforms (CRM's, email management, shopping carts, WordPress).
  • You are technically capable and also have a genuine desire to learn new things and improve the companies you work with
  • Knowledge of best practices in client services and a general comfort level working with technology and new tools
  • Previous agency experience is a huge plus

 

Website Developer

  • WordPress master
  • Ability to design using completely different looks (corporate to funky to whimsical)
  • Primary experience with Beaver Builder, also has built with Elementor and Divi
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in WordPress, and with web hosts
  • Experienced with migrating sites (DNS, MX Records, A Records etc.)
  • Can integrate e-commerce – some experience with carts etc
  • Works as a cohesive unit with copywriter, SEO, and eCommerce specialists

 

Branding & Copy Specialist

  • Proven experience in branding and copywriting, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, storytelling techniques, and consumer behavior.
  • Experienced in UX design
  • Experienced in building websites to current AA Accessibility standards
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure campaign success.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Previous agency experience is a huge plus

AI Copywriter

  • Ability to effectively train and utilize AI
  • Edit and rewrite AI generated copy
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.

 

SEO Technician

  • Junior to mid level
  • Able to read and interpret analytics – and make website recommendations to grow traffic and conversions
  • Understanding of keywords – where to find them, how to decide which are best for each client based on rank and search volume, and how to use them in
  • Blogs and website pages
  • Social media
  • Video content
  • On page analysis using Yoast and Rank Math WP tools
  • Work with copywriter and social media personnel to create content plan framework (usually includes top keywords, placement of keywords in content, image suggestions etc.)

 

Social Media Manager

  • Mid to senior level (NOT JUST POSTING)
  • Content planning – work with SEO person to get keywords for monthly topics, and create a promotional calendar for social posting, blog, YouTube etc – plus keep on top of content repurposing
  • Provide analytics AND suggestions for improved KPI’s
  • Ability to analyze existing channels and make recommendations for improvement
  • Mad editing and proofreading skills

 

YouTube Marketer

  • Channel strategy
  • Oversee, understand, and explain business channel analytics
  • Growing the channel,
  • Writing descriptions
  • Optimizing for SEO
  • Custom thumbnails
  • Monitor comments and react where appropriate
  • Making recommendations for edits, length etc.

 

Video Editor

  • Mid-level
  • Edit raw footage together
  • Change up zoom, image size etc. (make a single video shoot look like a multi-video shoot where possible)
  • Suggesting to enhance 'watchability' and engagement while maintaining brand standards
  • Sound balancing, removing background noise
  • Selecting music where appropriate
  • Adjusting lighting or colouring on occasion

 

Video Content Planning and  Storyboarding

  • Working alongside a copywriter to create a shot list to tell the story
  • Assembling multiple pieces of raw footage into a polished masterpiece
  • Understanding what is important to the story when receiving multiple pieces of raw footage, and what is not.
